On November 13, 2023, at MSAL there was the workshop “Law as the most important tool in GR” on the basis of the university’s GR-club. Eduard Voytenko, PhD in Political Sciences, CEO of Baikal Communications Group was the speaker at the event. 

As part of the workshop, the expert raised the following topics:

  • Lobbying regulation model in the USA;
  • Lobbying regulation models in the EU and individual European states;
  • Legal and ethical regulation of lobbying activities;
  • Internal and external GR and lobbying tools;
  • Case-study: “The algorithm for creating a lobbying project and the technologies of its implementation”.

Following the results of the workshop, as the gift all participants received the book “Lobbying and GR. Concepts, functions, tools”, written by Eduard Voytenko in co-authorship with Anastasia Parfenchikova, PhD in Law, Director General of the Research Centre for Legal Expertise.

The educational event was held under the auspices of the company’s mission which is to popularize and develop the GR profession in Russia.
