As a result, 7 teams made it to the finals of the case-championship. They were asked to assess the prospects for regulating lobbying and GR in Russia and justify the most balanced approach. The most convincing were the teams from the Higher School of Economics (“Bernays Fans”, first place), St. Petersburg State University of the Russian Federation (“Bodryachki”, second place) and Moscow State University (“Sapsan”, third place). The winners and prize-winners of the case championship will be able to complete an internship at Baikal Communications Group and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
