Partner of Baikal Communications Group took part at the opening ceremony of the Moscow Environmental Award

On December 7, 2024, a ceremony was held in the “Lomonosov” cluster to honor the winners of the Moscow Government’s Environmental Protection and Nature Conservation Award. The award recognizes specialists and volunteers of the best environmental projects. The competition has been held for over 20 years with the support of the Moscow Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
The projects were evaluated in categories such as “Environmental Literacy,” “Environmental Education,” “Environmental Volunteering,” “Digitalization of Environmental Solutions,” and “Green and Nature-like Solutions.” The total prize fund amounted to nine million rubles.
During the awards ceremony, lectures were delivered by invited experts. Anastasia Tsvetkova, a partner of the International Communications and CSR practice at Baikal Communications Group, opened the event. She spoke to the awardees and guests about the national development goals of the Russian Federation, the results of the national project “Ecology,” and the key directions of the new national project “Environmental Well-being.”
During her speech, Anastasia Tsvetkova shared information about the existing support measures for environmental initiatives that can benefit both non-profit organizations and entrepreneurs. She also summarized the criteria for selecting partners in environmental projects and shared the practices of the “Lake Baikal” Foundation in building dialogue with government authorities and fundraising.
