Baikal Communications Group will act as a partner of Lomonosov Moscow State University in the implementation of the Master’s degree program in GR. Within this program, Baikal Communications Group specialists will conduct their course on GR and lobbying activities.

Recently, there has been an increase in demand for specialists who are able to independently conduct legal expertise of draft regulations and effectively organize interaction between government and business representatives. Therefore, the program is aimed at training highly qualified personnel in the field of GR and lobbying activities for both government agencies and businesses.

The Master’s degree program includes:

  • training courses that provide fundamental knowledge of the legal status and legal features of the Russian authorities functioning and the procedure for their adoption of state-governmental decisions;
  • special training courses that teach practical skills in carrying out the examination of draft regulations, organizing official meetings and conducting business negotiations, establishing safe, reliable and effective communication with government representatives.

The program is implemented by the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law of the Moscow State University Faculty of Law. The head of the program is Stanislav Nikolaevich Sheverdyaev, Doctor of Law, Professor of the Department.
