From 26 June to August 4, 2017, following the agreement with the Moscow International Higher Business School (MIRBIS), Baikal Communications Group will place young specialists from Hong Kong.

The company has experience in organizing internships for students from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University majoring in “Information Technologies and Telecommunications” as well as “Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media and Journalism”. Last year, the company developed a special internship program that was highly appreciated by young professionals from Hong Kong.

This summer, students will get acquainted with the peculiarities of the communication industry both in Russia and globally and try their hand in a research project studying tourist flows from China to Lake Baikal initiated by the non-profit Lake Baikal Foundation. Moreover, they will participate in the promotion of this research in the Asia-Pacific region and learn about all the key stages of the project work. In addition, during the six weeks of internship the students will gain experience in working with Russian-Chinese commercial PR projects of the company.

Baikal Communications Group aspires to make the internship for Hong Kong colleagues extremely rich in comprehensive tasks related to communications. In consequence, the company plans to continue cooperation with the trainees engaging them for client projects in the Asia-Pacific region.
