On April 20, 2024, PhD in Political Science, CEO of Baikal Communications Group, Eduard Voytenko spoke as an expert in the field of GR&Lobbying to the students of the mini MBA program of Maqsut Narikbayev University Business School.

As part of the educational module, Eduard Voytenko shared his working experience with public authorities in the EAEU member states and spoke about GR technologies for interaction with the EEC. The expert separately focused on the peculiarities of GR activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the classes, Eduard Voytenko paid special attention to methods and technologies of lobbying in government bodies using the example of real cases from his practice: from creating sectoral strategies in government agencies and promoting initiatives in executive and legislative authorities to developing technical regulations in the EEC and overcoming sectoral and regulatory barriers in foreign markets. In practice, he demonstrated the main GR and lobbying tools such as: analytical tools (GR strategy, stakeholder maps, competitive environment analysis, monitoring and assessment of regulatory risks, legal expertise of draft laws, etc.), GR, PR, ESG and event management.

The educational event was held under the auspices of the company’s mission to popularize and develop the GR profession in Russia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
