Eduard Voytenko has been listed among the best Russian managers in the nomination “Top 250 Leaders”.

The Founder and CEO of Baikal Communications Group Eduard Voytenko participated in the Top Leaders nomination for the first time after the professional changes and the establishment of his own company. In 2014 and 2015 Eduard Voytenko was listed among the top three best Russian managers in the category “Professional Services”, section “Directors for Interaction With Public Authorities”.

The Russian Managers Association and Kommersant Publishing House released the 17th annual rating of Top 1000 Russian Managers. This rating annually recognizes professional managers’ quality approach. The names of the winners are synonymous with the success of leading companies in the market and the development of the Russian economy in general.
