Eduard Voytenko shared his view on the situation in a number of Russian regions within the framework of an expert study by Ura.Ru.

The region has become bogged down in the current severe war of mud-slinging: political ground is being aggressively explored. In the Far East, political life has been distorted at all levels by federal investigations involving major officials.
