On March 1, participants of the general meeting of members of the Association of Government Relations Specialists discussed the current state of affairs in the GR community, and members of the Council finally elected senior executives of the Association.

The Association Council elected 12 new members — top managers for interaction with public authorities and representatives of consulting companies, as well as new vice presidents of the Association. Head of Baikal Communications Group Eduard Voytenko was elected Vice-President for Communications.

Participants discussed the revised draft of the National Anti-Corruption Plan for 2016-2017, summed up the results of the first St. Petersburg GR Forum, and identified the main activities of the Association of Government Relations Specialists’ working group for professional standards. Special attention was paid to the development of the information partnership with the Internet portal GR NEWS.
