Baikal Communications Group jointly with the MGIMO Law Club is organizing the case championship, which will be held on April 23-24 at MGIMO University.

The case championship “B-C-G x MGIMO Case Championship” is a unique format in which participants will have to solve a number of rule-making tasks: to conduct a legal examination of the draft law, to propose their own concept for the development of legislation in a specific area, to justify the need for legal regulation of a particular area of public relations.

Teams of one to three people, consisting of undergraduate, specialist or graduate students from higher educational institutions, will be able to participate in the case championship.

Participation in the case championship will allow students to develop and form personal skills and professional competencies, including the ability to conduct legal expertise, work in a team and present and promote their legislative position in a reasoned manner. In addition to the opportunity to acquire skills in the field of rulemaking, this event can become a potential platform for training the most qualified and active students for internships and further employment in the Baikal Communications Group and the Research Centre for Legal Expertise.

Registration: March 1st — 15th;
Qualifying stage: March 16 — 30;
Semi-final: April 23;
Final: April 24th.
