The founder and owner of Baikal Communications Group Eduard Voytenko partnered up with the German-Georgian holding structure Schuchmann Group by investing in commercial real estate for the development of a tourist project of the company.

Following the signing of the contract, the parties agreed upon the implementation of joint projects in such prospective economic segments as business and sustainable tourism, wine production, real estate investments, as well as the agreement was concluded with regard to the professional domain of Baikal Communications Group. The lobbying firm is going to support the projects of Schuchmann Group in Russia and countries of Asia, particularly, in China.

Schuchmann Group was established in 2008 by the German philanthropist and entrepreneur Burkhard Schuchmann right in the center of the Georgian wine region Kakheti. Nowadays, the company creates exclusive wines from, predominantly, local grape varieties, using in a combined manner both the European and ancient local technologies, dating back to the outset of the Georgian wine production 8000 years ago.

Among the assets of Schuchmann Group are vineyards, which make it possible to manufacture terroir wines, the large wine factory with innovative equipment, exclusive hotel complex with the outlook over the Caucasian Ridge and the Alazani Valley. The evolvement concept of the holding company is predicated on the sustainable growth in such economic sectors as tourism and development. Besides, this concept is bolstered by the current success cases of the company in the aforementioned segments, which were achieved by the help of the strong management team.

The German-Georgian holding company in cooperation with Baikal Communications Group aims to develop the direct ties and dialogue between business and financial circles in Russia and Asia, attract new partners for business collaboration in the trade and economic as well as investment spheres.
