In July 2016 according to agreement with the Moscow international higher business school MIRBIS, the Baikal Communications Group welcomes first students from Hong Kong who will practice their skills under the curatorship of the company leading management team.

During 6 weeks the students will have an opportunity to learn peculiarities of the communications industry in Russia and foreign countries. The programme is structured in the way which allows to acquire practical skills, for example it includes students participation in working groups to develop the company open projects, carrying common researches on trending and interesting market topics, arranging master-classes to train main skills with the focus on countries differences which are initial for building career in communications.

Baikal Communications Group plans to broaden its cooperation with the universities based in Eurasian region which is aimed at providing young specialists with an opportunity to practice their theoretical knowledge and building sustainable communications bridges between the region countries in general.
