Kirill Tuzov was appointed Director for Political Communications and Special Projects.

Kirill Tuzov will expand the pool of ​​the company’s political communications projects; he will be responsible for establishing an ongoing dialogue with leading civil society organizations, political parties and relevant authorities. Being a member of the specialized working group at the Association of Government Relations Specialists, Kirill Tuzov is currently drafting professional standards for experts in government relations.

Kirill Tuzov joined Baikal Communications Group in October 2015. Prior to that, Kirill Tuzov was involved in special projects aimed at ensuring political stability of local authorities in Russian regions; he carried out several major analytical studies commissioned by leading Russian political forces, he did strategic planning for a number of election campaigns, federal and regional political projects, collaborated with leading Russian communications companies (CROS, Mikhailov & Partners). In parallel with the project work Kirill Tuzov worked as an executive secretary at the Committee for Interethnic and Interreligious Relations at the Moscow branch of the United Russia Party. He graduated from the Philosophy Faculty of Moscow State University.
