On June 9, 2020 Baikal Communications Group joined the international association – The Public Affairs Council, which brings together the sectoral specialists and experts from more than 700 corporations, non-profits, consulting agencies and universities all around the world.
The Public Affairs Council was launched in Washington, D.C. in 1954 by the President of the United States of America Mr. Dwight Eisenhower for the purpose of enhancing the mechanisms for engagement of corporations in the civilized dialogue with state authorities.
Nowadays, the Council has two offices – in the U.S and Europe in Brussels. Each year the Council arranges the numerous profile seminars and conferences. Webinars and industrial advanced training programs are accessible and available for members as well.
“Membership in the Public Affairs Council for us is one step closer towards the development of the systemic dialogue with colleagues from different countries. The crucial principle of our approach to the professional activity is the constant perfection and improvement of the applicable GR-technologies and practices, which were elaborated, based on our own experience, or adopted from the West. The fifth anniversary of Baikal Communications Group is the manifestation of our successes: we have GR-School, we implement projects on advanced training with MGIMO School of Business and International Proficiency. On a regular basis we educate our employees and we are glad to provide them with the institutional platform, aimed at exchanging experience with other colleagues”, – Mr. Eduard Voytenko stated.
The Public Affairs Council incorporates exclusively the corporate membership with the formidable emphasis on the necessity of the corporate members’ strict abidance by norms of compliance and ethical principles.
