Anastasia Tsvetkova, Director for Development and International Cooperation by Baikal Communications Group became a member of jury committee for the nomination “Environmental Efficiency” at the People Investor competition.

At the project presentation session, which took place on December 12, 2017 in the Skolkovo Technopark, the following initiatives were presented:

– “Sakhalin Energy” – “Program for the rescue of contaminated animals”;

– RUSAL’s Social Programs Center – “Yenisei Day”;

– “En + Group” – “360 minutes”.

The jury, which also included Elena Dolgikh, general director of the agency “SGM” and Anastasia Potapova, head of DIXY social programs, gave the main prize to “Sakhalin Energy”. This is the only organization in the Sakhalin region that has practices and equipment to help animals and birds affected by oil spills. More than 300 employees of the company and specialists of the Ecospas Center for Emergency Rescue and Ecological Operations took part in trainings on skills of rescue and rehabilitation of oil contaminated animals. The company also conducted 30 practical classes on hazing and catching birds and now intends to share its experience with other oil producing companies.
