GR School
Baikal Communications Group strengthens the professional competencies of specialists in the field of ESG и GR&Lobbying, offering various formats for enhancing the skills they have and acquiring new knowledge. The training is conducted both within the leading educational platforms and individually upon clients’ requests.
GR and Lobbying in Business and Nonprofit Sector
The first advanced GR training in Russia, based on the concept of “practitioners for practitioners”: among lecturers are officials of public and supranational authorities, relevant specialists of Russian and international companies from the real economy. The course has been successfully implemented in cooperation with the MGIMO School of Business and International Proficiency since 2018. The training aims at developing and improving the ability to represent and promote clients’ interests at the level of federal and regional governmental institutions, as well as at the international level, including supranational level EEU dimension. The training helps students to acquire the unique GR skills, essential and applicable in versatile segments. The training program has been successfully held 13 times.
The course is run two times per year. All the information, regarding the structure, program’s timeframes, mode of study, participatory terms and conditions, is available on the course website. The registration is currently open (the 13th and 14th courses): 18-23 November 2024 and 7-12 April 2025.
Business management on ESG principles: from practitioners to practitioners
The advanced training course on ESG transformation is built on the “practice for practitioners” principle: the teachers are specialized practicing experts from various economic sectors. The course has been implemented jointly with the MGIMO School of Business and International Competencies. Students have the opportunity to immerse in the industry specifics of the integration and implementation of ESG approaches in leading companies in their field. The program also focuses on the specifics of the financial sector transformation in the context of ESG banking formation in Russia. As a result, students receive practical ESG integration and management tools that can be adapted in the context of their own business processes.
Admission to the course is carried out twice a year. Information about the structure and duration of the program, about the conditions and form of training is available on the course website. The registration is currently open in 2024.
Workshops and other programs
Baikal Communications Group develops customized training programs in GR, predicated on the specific features of a client’s industry. In addition to that, our team arranges reputation management workshops for representatives of political and public entities. Within the training’s preparation we aim to assess clients’ needs and arrange the best possible, practice-based learning process.
