Partner of Baikal Communications Group Anastasia Parfenchikova held the lecture at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives on the following topic: “Legal expertise of regulatory legal acts projects and their passage in public authorities”.

Legislative activity plays an important role in the work of the ASI. Thus, ASI acts as a co-executor for the implementation of some Russian President instructions, which are directly related to the elaboration of proposals for changing legislation. In addition, the authors of ideas and projects turn to the Agency for help in obtaining legal expertise and further promoting regulatory initiatives.

In order to improve competencies in this area, the lecture considered the concept and objectives of legal expertise; the methodology of conducting legal expertise; the process of passing a regulatory legal act draft in public authorities and other issues.
