In July 2016, according to the agreement with the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS (Institute), Baikal Communications Group welcomed the first students from Hong Kong who will practice their skills under the curatorship of the company’s leading management team.

During 6 weeks the students will have an opportunity to learn peculiarities of the communications industry in Russia and foreign countries. The program is structured in a way that allows them to acquire practical skills. For example, it includes students’ participation in working groups to develop the corporate open projects, execution of common researches on trending and interesting market topics, arrangement of workshops to train main skills with the specific focus on national differences which are initial for building careers in the communications domain.

Baikal Communications Group plans to broaden its cooperation with a number of universities based in the Eurasian region, which is aimed at providing young specialists with an opportunity to practice their theoretical knowledge and building sustainable communications bridges between countries of the region in general.
